2 months later, we're still kickin!

okay for all my fellow blog followers..which equal O. I am finally getting around to updating this thing..I can't believe it's been two months since I've posted anything..Lots has been happening here. Here's some pics of my little cutie patootie.

We ended up going to green river for the 4th of July I think?? Anyway..seth's sister, Kim, brought her blow up water slide thingy, and all the cousins came over and the kids had a blast. Kennadee wouldn't get in at all though...and would scream if u would try and put her on the slide. I'm not quite sure how she even got wet.

Kallie loved it and would fly down the slide..I dunno why I don't have any pictures of her.

Kennadee was wet and cold...but yet, she never got in...HHMMMM....

Next, was Frontier days, I apologize right now for anyone that is from Cheyenne and are reading this and are a die hard Frontier days fan..let me tell u right now, it's over rated. Goodness..We went to the parade 2 times, once to see if for real, and the second time for something to do. 2 1/2 hours later it was done..seriously, no floats, nothing...lots of horses, and pioneer people..that's it. dunno what the fuss is about..then we went to the carnival. 5 rides, 80 bucks poorer, and 1/2 hour later, we were headed home! Oh how we love those carnies! The girls had fun while it lasted though.

They make all the rides soo sparkly, it just attracted the girls, left and right!

Kaydree enjoyed herself. Being carried around, and breakin my back.
We went to Culvers tonight to eat, everything 3rd Thursday from 5-8 is Family night there..so we decided to take the girls. They have crafts, activities and face painting there. It was pretty nice..the girls got to eat for 1.00,soo.....for 5 of us..it was 13.00...can't beat that! Kallie decided on a rainbow and a little butterfly.

Kennadee insisted on being a pink kitty. Cutest pink cat I've ever seen.

And all the girls together, Kaydree sadly didn't get her face painted. I don't think she would have sat still long enough to do anything. That brings me to my next point. Talk about a busy body.. Kaydree turned 6 months old at the beginning of August...she has learned to sit up all by herself, and is now slowly starting the process of crawling. She loves to get up on her hands and knees and rock like crazy...sometimes she rocks a little to crazy and face plants, but she gets right back up and continues. She rolls all over the place and she knows how to get what she wants by doing so. She wants to eat anything and everything u have. I feed her prob way to much big kid food, but she screams, so I obey. She loves french fries, and pizza, she is a fan of baby food also. She is such a happy girl, and loves to talk.

We are also moving again. We are staying in Cheyenne, but long story short. Our landlord is a not nice person, and decided he wasn't going to honor our 1 year lease and put the house up for sale. We started looking and found something that fits us more, and gives us a ton more room. I'm so excited to move. We have slowly been moving stuff this week and will have everything completly moved in on Saturday. We are out in the country and our house is 5 years old and sits on 5 acres. I love it , and couldn't be more pleased that our landlord is a jerk. That about sums up what has been happenin with us. More pictures to come of our house, and miss Kaydree!

Finally an update.

Our lives have been going about 500 miles a minute it seems. We have been crazy busy with everything. First off we moved to Cheyenne, so far we really really like it here, we like our house, and our neighborhood so far. The neighbors have been really welcoming to our little family. I spent a week in green river with seth's family and then spent a week in lovell with mine. Grandma and Grandpa time is needed a lot around here. :) Before we left Evanston, we made one last trip to the Hogle Zoo. The girls love going there, and so do I actually. Here are a few pics of what's been happenin. Kallie on the way to the zoo.
High five for the blurry picture.

Enjoying the day.

Kennadee wouldn't come near this elephant, so just me, Kallie and Kaydree.

Lookin for crawdads at the bear ponds.

The girls love to come here and just play in the water.

And our cute little Kaydree..need I say more? I love those CHEEKS!

Hanging at Grandma's Owens' house.
The newest addition to our house..Meet Scratch.
She's a fiesty little thing, but the girls can't get enough of her, and I think she's had enough of the girls. Update on the girls as well.
Kallie is very excited because her new school is about 1 1/2 blocks away, and it looks very nice. She is trying to learn to ride her bike without training wheels, and is slowly making progress.
Kennadee is a wild woman, and is going 90 miles an hour. She is constantly playing in mud and dirt, and loves to find rocks, and also throw them. She got her first black eye a couple days ago and will not let me take a picture of it. She got smacked right in the face with the swing.
Kaydree is growing like a stinkin weed. She is 4 1/2 months old and loves to eat! I am prob not supposed to give her all the food I do, but she loves pizza, and rice cereal, all the vegetables of baby food, french fries, and icecream, just to name a few! She'll eat anything you give her. She is rolling over constantly, and loves to laugh. She also loves ice water. She's willing to take a sip of anyones, but she doesn't like to get it taken away from her. She is getting into the stage where if she sees me leave, she cries and cries!!
I am so glad I have such sweet girls, that are full of life and energy. Hopefully I won't slack so much in the blogging department anymore...my house is almost unpacked, but I no longer have any motivation to get anymore done. Maybe next week!

Kallie says and our new Pet!!

I figured I need to write these down some place before I forget. I thought they were pretty cute.
There is a little carnival in town and Kallie calls it the Lagoon. Everything with rides is referred to as Lagoon. Well, she was telling me "look mom, they are setting up the Lagoon here. Can we go can we go?" On and on and on, you know how that goes. Well, it was kinda cold on Thursday night so I promised her we would go the the "Carnival" on Friday night.
Me: "Kallie, if you are really good tomorrow we'll go to the carnival."
Kallie: " Mom, I don't wanna go to the Carnival, I want to go to the Lagoon, Carnival is stuff you dip your apples in." (she was talking about Caramel."

Also, today the girls were outside playing in the backyard, and Kallie and Kennadee start screaming, Mom Mom, come here quick come look. I kept thinking they were just freakin out over a little bug, and Kallie came running in to the house, Mom come look at this, there is some sort of creature living in our garden. hurry, come look at this creature. Well, I went running out there, and there's a little horny toad. Kallie wants him as a pet, so today, we got a rubbermade tub thing, and put some dirt, and a little cup of water, and some grass and a few rocks in there, and some ants for him or her to eat. Is there such things as a female horny toad? I dunno..I can't see them having babies. i"m sure they are out there though. I can see a male horny toad though. :) anyway...Kallie named the little thing flower. What a manly name for the little guy! I think he's gonna be let go though sometime tonight, cuz I ants can crawl out of his new little home, and I don't want the dang thing to die on us!! anyway..that's it..my computer is still gay, and I don't know how to fix it..any suggestions? How do I get it to pull up the internet without being in safe mode? It brings up MSN messanger and stuff like that, but no web pages..I have tried everything..and suggestions people? I need um!!!

Kaydree's blessing and 3 months!

So something is still going on with my computer and I had to go through a lot of stupid steps just to post these pictures..goodness..so ya'll better appreciate this post.jk..anyway..on April 19 we blessed Kaydree, It was so nice to have family here. My parents came over, and Seth's parents, grandparents, one of his brothers, his wife and their 2 kids. I'm glad everyone could make it. Here are a few pictures from her blessing. My mom bought her dress in Billings, and I think it was absolutely adorable in it, and of course I'd say that cuz i'm her mom so there! here are a few pictures, Kaydree turned 3 months old yesterday, seriously the time has flown, I think she was born a toddler, do they not stay newborns anymore at all? She loves to smile and thinks her sisters are so funny, I love it when she laughs. So of course we are constantly tryin to get her to laugh ,and are successful most of the time. She loves to play in her exersaucer(spelling). She goes after that little monkey on there. I put a blanket up around her to support her, but she doesn't even need it. I can't believe how strong she is, she is constantly wanting to stand up also, so we hold onto her hands and she gets so excited that she is standing. I dunno what i would do without all these girls! I am so blessed to have such sweet (75% of the time) girls!

I love her expression.

And Kallie had to be in this one. They just love their little sister.

Kallie and Kennadee are getting so big as well, There are so many summer things going on here and Kallie can't do any of them because she has to be 5. I tell ya stupid stubborn people. She could kick a ball into the net! WHY CAN'T She play soccer? She can hit a dang ball off of a pole. Why can't she play T-ball, cuz she's NOT 5! Kallie loves going to Sunbeans (her saying) and Kennadee HATES nursery. She will not stay in there, this is rude, but I don't blame her, teachers. that's all I'm gonna say. Kennadee has all the sudden taken on a growth spurt and she has gotten pretty tall and extremely skinny...she has chicken legs! :) They didn't get that from me I dont' think. Other than that, nothing has been going on. I have a ton more pictures to post, I just hate going through all the hassle to do so, but I promise I'll be a better blogger, Until then tah tah!

Just a few things!

I have lots of things to blog about and lots of picture to put on here, but something is majorly wrong with my computer, I have talked to about everybody I can, and nobody can find out what is wrong, so I am running in safe mode. I have pictures of Kaydree's blessing and just things going on with us. Before I forget it we were in Utah yesterday for dentists appointments and while we were driving, my girls always think it's fun to spit, and if they get mad they spit at each other, (attractive I know, they are always in trouble for it) well back to the story, We were driving and the sun was shining just right in the car and Kennadee starting spitting (not like Lugies(spelling), grose i know) anyway, I told said to her "Kennadee you better not be spitting or you're gonna be in trouble." She replies in a very fascinated voice "Mom, I'm not spitting I'm making sun bugs!!!" It was so cute, she thought her spit was bugs, cuz she could see it through the sun!!
And one last thing bout Kallie. We were visiting my parents and they have a ton of dandelions in their yard, Kallie kept forgetting what they were called, and she kept telling me to get her some more sun fuzzies. I couldn't figure out what she was meaning, and then she showed me the beautiful boquet of sun fuzzies in a paper cup out on the deck!
I also found this on one of my sister-in-laws sister in-laws blog (does that make sense) It's pretty funny, sometime you need something to make you laugh or lighten your day a bit.
AMAZINGLY SIMPLE HOME REMEDIES
1. If you are choking on an ice cube, don't panic. Simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat and presto, the blockage will be almost instantly removed.
2. Clumsy? Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop away.
3. Avoid arguments with the Mrs. about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink.
4. For high blood pressure sufferers: simply cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure in your veins. Remember to use a timer.
5. A mouse trap, placed on top of your alarm clock, will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.
6. If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives. Then you will be afraid to cough.
7. Have a bad toothache? Smash your thumb with a hammer and you will forget about the toothache.
Sometimes, we just need to remember what the rules of life really are:- You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.-
Remember: Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.-
Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom.-
If you woke up breathing, congratulations! You get another chance.-
And finally, be really nice to your family and friends, you never know when you might need them to empty your bedpan.

I'm a big kid now!

None of my other babies have ever wanted to sit up as much as Kaydree...she is always wanting to sit up and thats what makes her happy. We prop her up in the middle of the couch and she would probably sit there all day. I just thought these pictures were cute. I think I need to invest in a Bumbo chair a lot quicker than planned.

Whats been going on with us!

This year for Easter we headed to Green River to spend it with his family. I cant believe the Easter bunny found us there. I was a tad worried. The girls had so much fun playing with their cousins, dying Easter eggs, Easter egg hunts, screaming and running wild, and a very yummy Easter dinner. Here are some pictures of what we've been up to.excuse the fatty McVicker(sp) Kallie looks a little stunned too.

Kennadee worked very hard on coloring her eggs for a long time, then dip them in the dye for literally 2 seconds and pull them out and reach for another. We had probably 15 eggs with a slight yellow tint.

of course Kaydree had to join in the fun.

Their Easter baskets.

Kaydree's basket. I know a 2 month old doesn't need a coloring book, but apparently the Easter bunny thought it looked cool.
Kallie's Easter basket. Full of a ton of candy, toothbrush and toothpaste, crayons(that are already broken and have bites taken out of them, and most of the missing), coloring books, diving sticks and gobbles(goggles) as Kallie says, and some more loot.

Kennadee's basket full of everything that Kallie got.

Checking out their Easter loot.

okay, here is a picture of Kallie in her gobbles. haha, everytime I look at these next two picture I bust out laughing, they look pretty goofy, I think that's why it's so cute!!

These gobbles are not ONE SIZE FITS all, Kennadee can't even see out of one side! hahaha, I am laughing my head off as I'm typing this.

Easter dress

Kennadee's dress

Don't know what exactly Kennadee was thinking. Cute little stink.
Kaydree

Attractive, I know.
Lookin for Easter eggs.

Kallie and Kennadee with two of their cousins, Drake and Kaleb.

I started painting Kaydree's fingers and toes, and she fell asleep, I must give ONE mean manicure and pedicure.
So , went to Walmart today and they were having a HUGE sale, of 75% off sale prices of toys,, and of course my girls are in Dying need of toys. Kennadee modeling her new sunglasses and extremely cool Barbie dress. Very immodest and way too big, I think it'll find it's way to the garbage soon enough, it was only 1.00, sunglasses .25

Kallie and Kennadee modeling their dresses, not a big fan of Kallie's belly showing, this one will also find it's way to the trash, by magically "disappearing"
Don't know why the coloring on the picture is weird, but I still think its cute.
she loves her swing.
