I'm not sure what your regulars are, but when I am looking for something fast and easy...I make taco soup. Everyone likes it and all I have to do is brown some hamburger and open cans...If you are interested I'll give you the whole recipe.
ok...so I like to change recipes to my own liking so I will put the original recipe first and then tell you how I change it. :) here it is: 1 lb hamburger 1/2 cup onion 3 C water 2 cans stewed tomatoes (16oz.) 2 cans kidney beans (drained) 2 cans tomato sauce 3 tsp taco seasoning
Brown hamburger and onions in large pot. Add rest of ingredients and simmer. Serve over Dorito chips and top with sour cream and cheese.
*my changes: I just use the whole pack of taco seasoning, one can of kidney and one can of pinto beans, plus I add a can of corn (drained of course,) I don't use 3 cups of water...I put in less cause I like it thicker, and I don't use Doritos, I just use plain corn chips.
